Programs of Curriculum Development
for Creators of Film and Animation
in ASEAN Countries

The objectives of this project are to develop curricula geared towards training highly specialized creators from notably developing ASEAN countries within motion picture arenas in which Japan excels, such as cinema, new media and animation, and thereby contribute to fostering talent who will forge the future of film culture in those countries, and also tap potential beneficiaries of Japanese culture to promote international cultural exchange and strengthen Japan’s presence in terms of cultural transmission.
